You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, we will delete Your Content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Current plans, storage caps, and per-file limits are listed at https://pidgin.sh and may change with reasonable notice. The free plan is offered as-is and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that uploaded content will remain available indefinitely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pidgin's total liability arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Pidgin in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold Pidgin harmless from any claim arising out of (a) Your Content, (b) your use of the Service, or (c) your violation of these Terms.
